Mrs. Nokukhanya Gamedze - Chairperson of the Board of Directors of JA Swaziland

As the Chairperson of the Board, it is my obligation to share the vision, knowledge, wisdom, skills and expertise in shaping the future of the youth and the country in general.

Mr. Sboniso Madlopha - Executive Director, Junior Achievement Swaziland.

I believe every young Swazi person has a responsibility to create their own economic success in the world. Junior Achievement therefore provides the platform and opportunity for young people to learn and experience first-hand the dynamics of how to start, run and manage an enterprise, while at the same time exposing them to financial literacy and work readiness skills.

Ms. Gciniwe Fakudze - Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council of Matsapha & Vice Chairperson of the Board

Working with JA is fascinating due to the involvement at grass roots level with the future professionals, leaders and politicians of the country who are determined to take it to the First World status. Every time I sit in the Board Meetings or any JA forum I feel rejuvenated due to the zeal for being part of the youth capacity building initiative in the country and truth be told it has made me reaffirm my passion for children and youth development.

Mr. Mandla Nkambule - Finance Director, World Vision

As a Board Member am fascinated by the youth entrepreneurship program and I wanted to make some contribution towards shaping the future of our youth in Swaziland and the continent at large. Playing a part in economic development gives me fulfillment.

Ms. Lomakhosetive Tshabalala - Chief Risk Officer, First National Bank (FNB)

It is rewarding to support an institution that is involved in the education of the youth; empowering them in terms of physical and mental capability whilst improving their self-esteem and providing them with life skills and exposure.

Mr. Michael Zwane - Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Director at SME Unit

As a Board member, I am motivated by the desire to be part of the long term investment by the government in seeing the youth groomed to be future economic leaders of this country. The country depends on the success of our youth in enterprise today to have a predictable future in economic development.

Mrs. Nothando Dlamini - Internal Auditor, Municipal Council of Mbabane

Being part of the JAS Board allows me to directly and indirectly help children and youth achieve their full potential. Knowing they will complete high school and seek more than just getting employed makes me realize there is a new and better breed of generation that we are raising.

Mrs. Thuli Mamba - University of Swaziland, Students Affairs Counselor

My motivation as JA Board Member is to contribute towards the development of a new breed of future leaders in Swaziland. It is my desire to see young people who have an entrepreneurial mind-set; youth that are solution providers; innovators that are thirsty to uplift themselves, and the country's socio-economic status.
